Taking into account the interests of students and teachers in the communities, our project involved a range of subjects that worked together promoting innovative and collaborative teaching methods. It promoted language development in the communities using ICT as a means of work and communication and enhanced motivation to learn among the students. The overall aim of the project was to increase awareness of the diversity of European cultures and languages, and so help our students to acquire the key competences they will need in their future as European citizens.
